EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I exchange my order?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Exchange guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Exchange Policy. These items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The following items are NEVER exchangeable: 
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered 
  • Any item with tags removed
  • Any spiritwear apparel item
  • Any item with a name drop
  • Any sale items

All web initiated requests will receive an automatic confirmation followed by an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation the security on your computer is not allowing us in. Please contact us at 678-835-5800 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am-5pm EST & Friday 8am-4pm EST. If you choose to call or email us about your exchange, please provide the following information: 

Your email address 
Your order number 
A brief description of the problem 
Any item damage or shortage, if applicable

We generally process exchanges within a week of receiving the product back.

Note:

Normally the care label instructions pertain to the garment, not the embroidery. Special care should be taken when laundering embroidered garments.
Since the condition of use, washing, pressing and cleaning, etc. vary in use of yarns and threads, the purchaser should assume himself by preliminary tests that the dye fastness of the yarn or thread is 100% colorfast to crocking or washing under all conditions. We cannot be responsible for any consequential damages since the value of the thread is so disproportionate to the value of the goods into which it is stitched.

We are not liable for replacing or repairing any personal items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process

School pick-up orders (only applicable in Gwinnett or Hall County Georgia)

Please take your ‘pick ticket’ which was included in your shipment and re-bag your exchange. Mark each item that is being exchanged and give it to the receptionist at the school. She will get it back to us and we will issue the credit.

However, if you would like to try another size, please indicate that on the ‘pick ticket’ and we will make an even exchange and return the new size back to the school.

**Please make sure when exchanging items that you secure your bag shut so that nothing inadvertently falls out.

Shipped Orders

For orders that are shipped, please ship back to our address with the pick ticket. We will make the necessary exchange.


Please note: 

  • Any item exchanged that falls outside our normal exchange guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all items and packaging prior to mailing your exchange to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.
  • There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if 5 or more of one item is ordered and subsequently exchanged.
